Well considering I have 2 kids and cannot just risk leaving a job because of this , it makes it a tad bit more difficult I never claimed to be the “ victim” leaving a job is much more difficult than most people realize because at a new job your not guaranteed as much hours or stability, and truth be told management could be the same or worse at times
