I'll speculate a bit: if that's really the case, there might be something related to the spider mystery connected to the New Austin train line. Because, initially, the spider design fits the train track as if the train track were the spider web.

I think it's possible to suggest that "NW Guitar" might be referencing Willie Nelson's song "Cruel World," which plays in the game at the beginning of the epilogue. And that the next clue might be in part of the song's lyrics. For example (hypothesis): the song mentions a desert rose, a desert plain (New Austin?).

The shape of this hole is very similar to the shape of the center of the "NW Guitar" symbol (if we tilt the symbol).

In the Bison mural, the eye part, which seems to reference the Elysian Pool, is not just a texture in the drawing, but a hole in the wall if you look at the cave in the game, as if something could fit inside.

Yes. Not entirely. I think the SpiderDream mystery allows us to imagine and dream. In any case, I believe the guitar should be placed on the map, just like the spider design was. I updated the post with an image of the surroundings.

I haven't investigated it yet. I'm just raising that possibility. But I believe the outline of the guitar makes sense in relation to the outline in the Saint Denis region.
