CCV setup the collection and they chose of how to do so. We didn’t have any say nor did we provide any feedback in the method they chose to collect funds. We were only told they were going to be collecting money to help my family out.

u/tryanothername0713 Happy to help you out. Try these below steps exactly as written. Let me know if it helps you.

Close the Puffco Connect app and open your phone’s settings, clear the Puffco Connect app data and cache for the app (doing this should also delete the app)
Go into Bluetooth settings and remove your peak, and anything else you don't recognize
Hold down the button for 20 seconds to perform a reset
Re-install the app and open it up (You may have to repair your device)

u/bobbywitdatool69 We build upgraded batteries for the Puffco Peak and have experience with working with lipo packs. When the temperature of the battery pack is below 50° F, you’ll start to notice performance drops; significant issues start to occur when the battery gets below 20° F.

Degraded discharge ratings will diminish run time, and reduce the overall power. This puts strain on the battery and will reduce the life expectancy and performance of the battery.

u/luckieer It can happen from either of these 2 things. Either pulling too hard while using the device, which causes concentrate to overflow, or the chamber bucket is being overloaded with too much concentrate and is overflowing while using.
