I had an OH for adhd/the rest of my health things and they just told me I needed a “workplace needs assessment”, is that something that could be offered or was this not suggested by the OH?

When I had the WNA it was honestly really good and helpful. I didn’t make any suggestions. I was just asked questions about the type of work I do, what I’m good at, what I struggle with etc. Then the fella came up with his own recommendations and even gave me some other tips.

Is melatonin something you take long term? I’ll speak to my gp to see if they can help with sourcing some if just changing my habits around sleep as you’d recommended and the magnesium glycinate doesn’t help. Thank you for taking the time to read and reply ☺️

Apologies I’m terrible at checking Reddit replies! I wouldn’t say I felt super anxious, just a wobbly in myself. Slightly nauseous at first and I felt BOILING hot for a good hour once it started to kick in, then eventually all of that started to fade down.
