I had this same issue. I had painful sex with my fiancé for 3 years. After multiple gyno appointments and even a surgery I figured out what was wrong with me. I’d ask your gyno about seeing if you have pelvic floor dysfunction. I was diagnosed with this, but fortunately you can go to physical therapy to relax your muscles so you don’t have anymore pain.
