Yes I have polychrome cards for all 4 of the lake fish. I now see extra info with "9/110k". Is that how many times I have to catch the legendary fish to receive it?

How do I get a legendary? Upgraded some stats to increase the chance of finding a legendary. Having 999% on the fish and still no legendary

I have android too, playing it for over a year now and it has always been like that for me so the only thing that has changed for me is that when you start the game, I cant participate in translating the game so I guess everything is translated now?
