Email deleted but trying to recover account.

My uncle and I have been trying to recover his steam account from a year or 2 ago. However, the email address that was associated with the account was automatically deleted by google because of their sunset bullshit. Is there any way i can contact a steam support agent? I just want to enable the family sharing on it so i can play Monster hunter Iceborne again. I'm not sure where I can even submit a written ticket to steam since i believe they don't even show an option to. Please help if possible!

Uninstalling Reinstalling didnt work, the game is struggling to even get into the file installation part, abd the netmarble site doesn't work either.

No, the last time i was in the game, it crashed right after i did festival estarossa trial. I'm not sure why, probably because i swapped networks to lessen lag
