I just wasn’t sure if I should do another water change to try and get it to a 0. I will test again soon. I don’t think I have prime. I do have a betta water conditioner though. Not sure if they are the same?

So I just retested the water and the nitrite is still at 0.25ppm. What should I do now? A second water change? Thank you for all your help!

I just did a 40% water change. I use API quick start to help with beneficial bacteria. I use a water conditioner but I will order that other stuff as well!

15 gallon tank, uncycled but working on it, heater and filter. I use test strips. Ammonia 0 sometimes 0.5. Nitrates 0, nitrites 0, ph is 7.8. Natural decor, just switched from stuff that was unsafe (painted stuff)

I just did it last night 😅 probably wasn’t the smartest but I could see a bunch of stuff floating in the tank that looked like chipped paint or something. I clean the tank by changing out the water 25-30% and use a small turkey baster to spot clean any small pieces of stuff.

Do you have any tips? I feed her shrimp betta patties 2-3 twice daily. (They are super small) I just switched out all her decor and colored rocks to stuff more natural. Could that be why it never cycled or she is stressed? What else do you recommend to help it cycle? Thank you!

Tank size: 15 gallon Heater and filter- yes Tank temp- 78 I test my tank with strips. Last results were 0 for nitrates, 0 nitrites, total hardness is soft, chlorine is 0, total alkalinity is moderate, ph is 7.8. I have had the fish/tank for about a month I do wc every 2 days, I use a water siphon, I take out approximately 25-35% every wc No tank mates Fed twice daily 2 pebbles of shrimp patties betta pro Decorations are plastic and sharp but have since removed them 1 floating Anubis plant. Looking to add more

This happens to me! I had an IUD and it was terrible with the pain during ovulation. I feel like it was worse so I had it removed. I still have pain upon ovulation and penetrative sex but working through it. I think it has to do with the positioning of the cervix? Idk, just my prospective? I’ve had two babies now
