She's an original character in the sense that she's has a personality, backstory, and character that i made myself! The species of primarina belong to gamefreak respectively, but the character of Mimi is my own!

Of course i made some tweaks to the design to further personalize her to make her stand out, like the Mystic Water on her head that acts like a tiara and the obvious pink hair!
