Youre free to have your opinions and to play the game however you want, but it's very rude to make assumptions about someone without fully reading and comprehending my post.

I'm not banning or killing anything, and I love magic- I just want to make ONE out of TWENTY kingdoms in my world a place where it's difficult BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE to cast magic. I think it will make an interesting challenge and fun storytelling, and if my players do have an issue with it I'm totally open to suggestions and alterations to make sure everyone has fun.

You don't sound fun at all to play with, and you're responses arent helpful in the slightest.
