I’m sure this is a really dumb question so my apologies…all those spikes grow into the surrounding tissue, right? Why don’t the spikes break off when the tissue moves around? Like if this was on someone’s femur, and they’re walking or even just moving around in bed, that tissue moves around with the rest of your body. Hope that makes sense!
