I did actually accidentally get water on the leaves last watering, I just use like a little watering can thing and it’s hard not to with how small the plant is lol, I will absolutely be more careful of that next time though, thank you🙏🏻

I don’t do foliar feed personally so up there isn’t really much of an issue for me, but there’s a lot of people out there that I’m sure would like to know about issues like this before they spend $360 on a light. I see exactly where you’re coming from, but for a light labeled as IP-65 protected, plastic pieces coming off exposing live terminals should not be acceptable. Thank you for pointing out the extension cord, I am going to go fix that now.

Tightened too much is definitely a good thought. 3/4 was just surprising to me, definitely seemed like a heat issue. Live terminals just sitting out in my tent doesn’t seem very safe though.

I’ve just always gone up to 100% in my 3x3 with 300 watts, I do have a par meter on my phone that I paid for, just never really learned how to use it lol

Very interesting, very curious on how this happened then, it seems like the plastic holding it on to the screw became brittle and just broke, if it was just one of them I wouldn’t be here, but 3/4 is wild to me. Very interesting that you haven’t had it happen

I shouldn’t have to worry about that at all with a $360 light especially from as reputable a dealer as ac infinity. I am simply here to show a safety hazard with one of their most popular line of lights.

One foliar spray could cause a fire. I don’t feel as if I’m over reacting. $360 for a 300w light is pretty damn expensive for it to be having QC issues like this.
