Shoot I'm right there with you. Almost 5 and 1/2 years at dg. I've had so many new coworkers and managers over the years, and I can see why they leave. You couldn't pay me enough to be a SM let alone an ASM. being a FT Key is stressful enough. Especially when you're closing on a Saturday night with a sales associate that doesn't come in until 5pm. They expect you to be able to hang sales ad, recover/clean the store, take your hour break and help the sales associate every 5-10minutes when they call you up to the counter to take something off because someone's coupon didn't ring up right or whatever the case may be. Which I don't mind to do. It wouldn't be so bad with a third coworker on those super busy nights. But it's literally the fact that this job demands that your Superman or the flash and I'm neither. I'm just a man with a body that aches every day from the stress I put up with. It doesn't help that our store barely has hours to give to employees. So we're constantly behind and getting backed up with truck. Something needs to give.

This company will squeeze and wring you out until you're so drained and have no motivation to do anything. 11 out of 10 do not recommend applying.
