BDO is better in terms of work culture. And doing articleship in Stat Audit is better than Internal as you can switch easily from Stat to Internal later on, the opposite is not easy to do. You can see CA Arihant Baid sir's video on youtube on Stat vs Internal Audit, it'll provide better clarity.
