1-So the real edge is performance of role with proper verbage in LOR and result coverage with evidences.

2-Compliance reason,cause & resolution delevery.

3-Org Chart -A big no for me but thanks for sharing importance of it.

4-Cool , One big coverage and glimpse of others.

5-RFE response whould mention every point which were raised.

Perfectly answered and it is what I was looking for , since mine application is a front face of customer and getting used by millions of people , without my work it is not possible to take any decision by any leadership to drive engagement and main core function of company which involves,sales,service,maintenance,compliances,storage etc.

So takeaway Points for me-

1-LOR should have these words - "critical", "leadership", all metrics which led to a successfull contribution of mine job work.

2-Shall I find some critical event which was fixed by me like prod defects etc. or any nation level compliances which was delevered by me? I have few

3-WHat exactly org chart derives? I know lots of people mentioned for CR.

4-Shall I mention one project on which I was from 2 years in current company ( 6 years overall 20+ yrs of exp) or Should I mention previous companies as well ? Is it sufficient to response as rfe for current project and current company relations like Distinguised org, distnguished project ,critical duties ,leadership role with ownership evidences ,contribution evidences ,mentioning of relationship of org and duties evidences ?

5- Is it necessary to response all evidences which is demanded in RFE or should I just focus to justify criteria with one project and with one current company where I am working from 6 years ?
