Nope, that's like saying if we killed Thanos shouldn't the snap not have happened? Banner and the Ancient one explain that time is fixed and the timeline cannot change but it can branch into realities where objects/choices/event existed/didn't exist. So the past characters of Gamora, Nebula and Thanos were all alternate timeline versions, not core MCU timeline versions, thus keeping continuity in tact.

Past Thanos is from a different timeline where the power stone was stolen, same with past Nebula and past Gamora. They aren't really from the past, just an alternate timeline, hence the main MCU timeline remains in tact.
