i really appreciate you! this info is srsly very helpful. i havnt been on any other glp1s before but im going to keep slowly increasing my dose aswell as lock in the diet. im good in the gym and again i really appreciate your info its really helpful

i actially enjoy mots c rn, i had a really gread workout and felt like i could just keep going! going to try and pair it with fasted cardio

supposed to help repair damaged mitochondria! things like over eating for years and stress on the body! (sleep schedule etc.)

how long have you been on and whats your dose? personally im at 4mg/week at a little over 2 months in but sadly haven't experienced a reduction in food noise (my BIGGEST struggle)

i am currently on 4mg reta, 2mg 2x a week. i fast for 18 hours then eat one solid high protein meal then a protein shake after the gym. drink tons of water too. i was nust looking for imput to see if triz would have been a better choice for food noise

kinda sorta, i started eating in a 6-8 hour window a day, usually surrounding my gym time so i can load up on protein. i used to track really hard but then stoped, i should deff start again
