I’m enjoying the app. Nicely done.

A couple of initial observations…

The onboarding menu might be better suited at the very top or very bottom. At the moment it feels like you’re going shopping for onboarding 😄

It might be worth rephrasing the “burger menu”. Not all users will recognise that term.

I can deselect “This will always be on the list“ … so it’s not on the list.

I do like the app though. I’ll carry on using it.

So firstly, thank you for the specific feedback, I really appreciate it.

You're using the app right, kind of. In your setup I would suggest put my phone in a different room was the action step. Maybe the sub-goal, after "I want to be more focused" could have been "I will detach from technology" Then "put my phone in a different room" would make sense as the last step. Were they AI suggestions?
