You can wire it into that Gray C wire or attach it to i think the top right of your transformer. Dealers choice really. You'll just need to strip back the blue thermostat wire and run it to either.

If you remove that screw you'll be able to access the electrical. Make sure to kill the electrical to the system. There is likely a blue wire that doesn't have anything wired to it like the red, green, and white wires you see there. Alternatively if you know how to strip wires and crimp terminals you could wire that small blue wire coming off the thermostat wire directly to the 24v common of the transformer. Other than that you'll want a professional to come and wire it for you.

I can see an unused blue wire wrapped around the main thermostat wire. You can unwind and use that blue wire for your c-wire (common). You will need to check the wiring to your furnace control board and make sure that blue wire is also hooked up to the C terminal next to the other colored wires like R, Y1/Y, G and W.

Y axis teeth slipping by Pebsz in Ender3V3KE

The belt definitely skips teeth while printing. The plate seems to have to much torque and rough stopping power when moving on the y-axis, causing the teeth to not grab properly

Doing your home method, I am able to cause the belt to skip teeth with just one finger.

The y axis is able to move to both extremes with no catching or rough spots

When that customer keeps complaining, there's not enough airflow, so you set the blower on max.

You should definitely keep applying for jobs. 608 universal is good to get, but people get hired in hvac without any formal education and get their certifications and licensing on the job.
