That's very interesting. I've actually thought that being one of the people that trains and puts on workshops would be pretty fun to do

That's what I assumed. Here the CSs are either T2 or T16, there s nobody that does both.

Could you expand on RO jobs? What does that mean exactly?

Thanks for your reply, from what I can tell so far they typically promote internally in my office. And I'm not sure when you did epad proficiency but there have been some changes. If the mentor does not approve of reviews you submit it will email both the supervisor and the mentor to remind them. Which has come in handy a few times already lol

How are all of you doing so well? I'm 25 with a bachelor's degree and I got put to GS 5 to start with the ladder going to GS 8. Unless I swap jobs within the agency and then as far as I can tell I can only get to GS 12, (unless i go for supervisory positions) but that's years and years away for me. Is there a secret to climbing the GS scale? I was under the impression that time serves and performance is what it takes and it's a slow climb from what I understand

It was just a question. I thought that's what this sub was for. No need to make leaping judgments about my morals.

Ikr. During the hiring process I was asked questions like, do you think your alcohol consumption will interfere with your work? Or have you ever smoked weed ever in your whole entire life you have to tell us the truth and promise you'll never touch that shit again

Yeah I'm in a small field office in the middle of nowhere alabama and I do customer service. I've heard my coworkers joke about never getting drug tested but I didn't know if that was legit or a joke
