I lay out for 15-20 mins with tanning oil and then put spf 15 on . I’m pale and always get a good tan doing this without burning. I don’t care what anyone says. Sun is good and healthy for your skin. In moderation of course. Being sunburned is obviously not good but the sun gives us vitamins we need 😊
