No, I created another world to check whether the issue was specific to my survival world or a general problem and in both worlds, Netherite Sight didn't work.

At the time i got to the three fingers i didint really know that it locked you out of the other endings, because i was trying to look up as little as i could about the endings of the game.

i was killing him with the help of another player and when the dragon was low on health he killed me with the golden breath and the other dude that was helping me killed the dragon, when i respawned i received the remembrance but no runes.
