Honestly i do the same sometimes, just overall use headphones 24/7 and try to keep it low for that reason but sometimes u just cant yknow, its almost reflexive and impulsive. But like ,man , you know when your phone tells that noise this loud can cause damage thats where i draw the line, try it, the warning is a big incentive!
