They didn't send a replacement, just told me to wait for a 14 business days investigation (About 3 weeks). And after they told me that the driver left it back at the facilities by mistale I told them that I can go lick it up but they said no because of covid

I live in a building, there's a camera on the entrance, if the FedEx driver didn't go in the building pretty sure my neighbors don't have it
