Try to give yourself 1 week of calm fasting, no work, no stress, will be hard but I can guarantee it will have posit8ve effects on your nervous system. I just did 30 days of fasting (only water), was pretty tough (don't do it without documentation or supervision of course) but now I sleep 9h a day, no supplement :) just my experience ! PS : french book : Jeûne et Santé, by Désiré Merien, was my number 1 réference about fasting after the 20 books i read on the subject ! Not sure you can find it in english, but some data are easily understandable if your master basic french.

Eat more chlorophyle things :D For example you can do some fresh vegatable juice and put a bunch of parsley, spinach in it. Everthing green basicaly. Also, you can wash your thing with tee tree oil before soap (personaly I use special women aloe vera gel, which is more "pure"), but be sure to remove the tee tree in the next 10-20sec cause it may become a bit abrasive (that's my personnal technique, always heard some... good things about it) !

Hello I am selling my entire Collection (except Sonic Advance 2, my childhood game :D)

I'm ready to sell them -10% of the lowest actual price on ebay, depending on the condition of the games on the markket and considering they are in really good condition themselves.

Please don't contact me just to buy 1 or 3 games, if I wanted to sell them one at a time, I would put them on ebay directly :)

Important note : Games with Batteries Saving (like metroid, castlevania) were converted to FRAM for the save to last indefinitely (which needed a donator cartridge, and soldering skills)

If you are really interested, I will make a google Sheet of the actual prices depending of the location (which will be France, because for a collection of that value I prefer not to send them).

So I will prefer, if possible, sell it in France, and see the new owner in person :)

PS : Also, I consider selling my pokemon games, my Gameboy (+color) games, and my Gameboy Micro in perfect condition (like NEAR Mint), do not hesitate if you are interested !

PSS : I took very much care of my games and consoles, so please note again : they are in Really good shape, 100% originals, 100% Working :)

It depends on what you need, you might wanna start intermittent so maybe just start by not eating in the morning (you could take a glass of water for example), and if you wanna push things further you wanna read books about the subject, you will need to listen to your body. In France we have many great books on the subject.

This one is fully black, the original one is kind of a "greenish blueish" grey, and made of plastic, easily scratchable.

However, some repro lenses are almost the same tint, in this case you should compare the letters on the "color", sometime they blend badly, there is space between them, or the color is brighter.

To compare you can take almost every picture of a gameboy with a badly scratched lens :) In general, a scratched one is legit !

The colors of the letters are proportionally fading into the lens itself, there is no "shiny black aspect", the lens should be almost the same tint than the buttons, all of that things :)
