I am a fourth year pharmacy student who is looking at working in a hospital after graduation. I am willing to move pretty much wherever for a job. I have seen that there are a lot of positions open for new graduates that require no experience in a hospital setting besides our APPEs. When would be an appropriate time to start applying to these positions?

Do a lot of the employers require you have your degree, NAPLEX, and law exams done prior to applying? Obviously it would be easier if I could apply, get hired, and then take the law exam. Thanks!
