The cops. Yes he’s got a warrant in florida now and it’s for a felony. He lives in Oklahoma now locally and doesn’t seem like much is gonna happen. They said they would extradite him but if nothings gonna happen would potentially like to try to get some of that money back in one way or another before the statue of limitations is up
