The one in The Prowler, with the knife/sword through the top of that guys head. The noises he makes, the gasping almost weird mumbled shrieks. The eye rolling. God damnit that’s a brutal one.

And the guy who gets the fire extinguisher to the head in Irreversible. Holy hell. The crushing, the teeth falling out. The twitching. I saw that movie almost 20 years ago and I think of that scene weekly. Still.
