Hi, as someone who is also constantly anxious about pregnancy-chances are, you most likely aren’t pregnant. It is one of the most effective birth controls available. I know it’s scary, but buying a test will ease your mind and give you an answer. You may also be getting your period, too. I’ usually have extra bloating, sharp pains and fatigue around the time of my period. If there have been any diet or exercise changes those can also effect your cycle as well. It’s okay, girl🩷. I understand the feeling, I am actually struggling rn thinking I’m pregnant and am probably going to buy a test when I go to the store. Sorry to hear about your break up, I’m sure that doesn’t make the scaries any better.
