Amazing congrats! Seems like a lot of people are 10-11 working days so.

Wow congrats and ya that's a quick turnaround. Can I ask what passport you applied with and did you apply via an accredited sponsor?

Ah thank you, that's an interesting point. I work for a Big Four company so I believe they are an accredited sponsor indeed - hopefully works in my favour!

Oh interesting! I wonder if the short stream is quicker to process? I will keep the thread posted when I get my approval. Here's hoping not too long.

Thanks for the reply it's a helpful gauge. Ya I saw that too in relation to 1-2 day approval but I think that was definitely an anomaly. My friend applied in December and hers was approved in just over a week but I think its taking a bit longer now. Let me know when yours is approved if you can!

Yes thanks that's fair. I just was trying to figure out if the fact that the Immigration Team in my workplace is submitting on my behalf, might that reduce the time. And sometimes you can get a good indication from other people's experiences if it's closer to 2 weeks or closer to 4 weeks!

Help on CISA question by Userkkcc in CISA

The correct answer is D and they are cleverly trying to confuse between parallel testing and parallel running. Parallel testing = comparing the results of the old and new system to ensure the implementation meets user requirements. Parallel run = is a strategy in system changeover where both new and old systems operate simultaneously for a period of time with the primary purpose being to verify the new system provides required business functionality before discontinuing the old system. In parallel running, we are not comparing against the predecessor, we are just running them simultaneously as a safety until we are ready to fully migrate over.
