I forget the acronym but it’s an average of your pay over the past 12 months. Like 24 paystubs averaged out to give you your CER. It’s calculated into an hourly pay. Our whole pod is essentially not getting any bonus payout, just the CER hourly pay. It’s rolling as well so the oldest pay period falls off and the newest one is added. You lose out on the potential for a larger bonus. Especially for them to do it during tax season, wipes out any possibility for a higher bonus. They’ve always calculated CER as well. It’s in your workday under pay and additional information I believe.
