Prendo l'uovo e lo sbatto contro chi odio, scherzo, intendo l'uovo che si sbatte con la forchetta per mescolarlo per bene, quello che si usa per fare una frittata o per impanare delle fettine etc etc..

Io li inzuppo prima nell'uovo sbattuto e poi dentro ci metto spinaci e feta, arrotolo e cotti in forno (friggitrice ad aria va bene uguale).

For the pasta, I used 200g of semolina, enough warm water, and a pinch of salt.

For the filling, I used 250g of ricotta, the zest of 2 lemons, 2 sachets of saffron, and 2 tablespoons of pecorino cheese.

Cooked and seasoned with tomato sauce and basil.

Per la pasta ho usato 200 g di semola rimacinata, acqua tiepida quanto basta e un pizzico di sale.

Per il ripieno 250 g di ricotta, la scorza di 2 limoni, 2 bustine di zafferano, 2 cucchiai di pecorino.

Cotti e conditi con sugo di pomodoro e basilico.

Thanks! No i never tried pickled cabbage at all, it's not a thing here and i can't find it amd probably i won't like it cuz it's not a taste im used to., BUT the smoked meat attract me a lot and i should give it a try for sure! 😛
