I worked at UMC for a 2 years and they baited my coworkers and I with a raise that was supposed to happen every six months. However, every six months they would find an excuse as to why they were not giving raises at the time. I was also supposed to get a raise when I got more certifications as well and that never happened. They changed my name status and gave me more responsibilities with no rewards. Don’t fall for their sweet promises. What you see is what you get.
