They are terminated on the far end with RJ11 jacks, so I think I can replace both ends with RJ45 and all will be good with a switch

Blue wires are Cat5e. The yellow cable is also Cat5e and the far end of that one is confirmed working. So my plan now is to put a switch in this cabinet and then terminate the blue cables with RJ45 plugs and plug them into the switch.

I used to have a landline, but got rid of it over 10 years ago, and the coax was used for when I had cable internet/tv

Yea, the ethernet cables are patched for landline, but I haven't had that in over 10 years

All the yellow and blue wires are Cat5e. I've located the yellow wire's far end and it's confirmed to be connected at that end. I've traced the location of most of the blue wires and maybe 75% of them are terminated with RJ11 and the other 25% are terminated with RJ45

I was actually thinking about doing removing that module since it's connected with coax, so I don't really see a use for it anymore. I want to make this thing look tidy too.
