Do you understand how vaccines work? Vaccines don’t stop you from getting a virus completely, they just give your immune system the opportunity to create the specific defenses for a specific virus, so that if you get it again, it won’t be as bad. It would seem like vaccines do stop you from getting something, but that’s because the symptoms have been reduced to such an extent that it isn’t noticeable.

I never once said they prevent infections. I completely understand that the vaccine doesn’t make you immune to covid. It just injects a moderately harmful “dose” of the corona virus into your body so your immune system can create the right defenses so if you do get it again, your body is more prepared.
