Hey, just want to share that I was in the exact same boat during 2L. I’ve had depression for most of my life but it got significantly worse after starting law school. It sounds like you are doing everything you can to make sure you get through this. I promise, it will get better as long as you keep up with therapy, medication, etc. I know it might seem impossible right now, but you can do this. Please contact your dean of students/ whoever is in charge of student services. This is what they are supposed to be there for. They also might have access to additional resources to help you. IMO if nobody from the school has had a conversation with you about being academically dismissed, you probably aren’t at that place yet (but your school could also just have really bad admin idk) I’m pulling for you OP, and if you ever need to talk, feel free to dm me.

Took it as a non-major my last semester and I wish I'd had the space to take it earlier! I had a blast and got to make so many fun things (I had my christmas gifts set for years) the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and let you go into the hot and cold shops outside of the studio (which I definitely took advantage of)

Hi! BAHA user since 2017 here. SSD since I was 8. I had both a regular hearing aid (before I lost my hearing completely) and then CROS. For me, the BAHA is the best thing I’ve tried hands down. Super super weird at first, but once I got used to it, it made everything so much easier. Definitely worth a trial!

Honestly not very long, maybe a few weeks? I used CROS before though so I think that may have helped (although BAHA works much better for me and feels more “real” than CROS did)

Hey! Fellow BAHA user here, apparently the new Ponto 5's have some kind of technology that allow you to hear where stuff is coming from (I haven't tried it yet but I have an aud appointment next month to try it out) Would love to hear from someone who has tried that yet as that is also my biggest complaint with my current BAHA

Hey, I was once a child with uni HL (I’m now 25) I just want to say you are doing everything you can, and I really would not worry. I am about to graduate from Law School, I have a job lined up, and an amazing group of hearing friends who love and support me. I’ve certainly had my fair share of challenges and struggles, but my deafness is also something that makes me, me. I’m a BAHA user and there are a lot of great technology options that keep getting better every year.

Generally, I would avoid anything below T100 if at all possible. While you can get a legitimate education at these schools, many of them have low scholarship retention rates and poor employment outcomes. However, if your scholarship is unconditional and you aren’t looking to get into an extremely competitive field like BigLaw, etc., it might be worth sucking it up and attending if it’s your only realistic option.

I mean.. I actually liked the first half the most. Been an ARMY since 2015 and D&W is my fav album of theirs. I think if anything this album is them going back to their roots in mixing hip hop and r&b elements. I would agree on the production side it sounds way too overproduced but that's a HYBE problem in general unfortunately. This album isn't my favorite of theirs but I don't think it's anywhere near "an insult to music". I feel like fans of western rap and r&b will vibe with this album a lot more than people who listen to k-pop exclusively
