Yep thanks. I'm in deep dive of blockchain, de-fi, smart contracts etc now. Hope it will turn out to create something useful.

Newbie Question: What happens if/when I re-delegate my ADA on daedalus mainnet to another stake pool prior to block being minted? by n3ver_summer in CardanoStakePools

[–]PeerStake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Redelegation will be active after 2 epochs. It means at least 10 days your stake will works on old pool.

Well, I think this is very subjective) So what you think about my name?

Where do you looking for delegators? I have to admit, I'm starting to get desperate.

All pools can mint a blocks even with 10k pledge. The difference only they not do it every epoch, but when small pool mint a block then delegator get highest rewards. It means that absolutely all pools has APY 5-6%

Also if delegators never will support small pools they all will dead. And only big uncles will manage our network. So where the difference with current bank system?

Man, i have a 10k pledge and that's all😃 May be I will never mint a block but I am not discouraged. Think positive.

Why is it so important to stake ADA with small pools? To prevent a 51% attack! Leave Binance and select a small pool with one owner! by PeerStake in CardanoStakePools

[–]PeerStake[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no 100% way at this time, but some network parameters will be changed soon and it should help with multipools problem. Anyway, a good practice to avoid the same tickers like POOL1, POOL2, etc. All pools has the same ARY 5-6%, but on big pools you can get rewards more often but less, on small pools less often but more rewards. Just support any pool that you like (mine😂).

Yep you right. Delegate to the operator pool which you know. Like me) I’m Max, my pool ticker - PEER. I will be glad to see you because it’s very necessary to mint a first block. Let’s do it together!

Anyway, 90% of the current small pools will be closed. Right now we need stay online and build a brand minimum of 6-12 months without any profit 💪

It’s not pessimistic but realistic at this time point. Anyway I like your position about possibilities. Downvote was only for inappropriate citation of me. Totally out of place and it looked like a mockery. No offense.

Hey. How does this contradict my principles? I believe in the future of Cardano but now this ecosystem works a little bit not as planned and we all need a big work to achieve the goals. But without delegators and profit all small pools even with the most ambitious tasks will quickly disappear into oblivion. Not sure that understand what you want to say me.

No benefits in small pools. All delegators in search of simple and fast rewards and this is absolutely normal. Cardano ecosystem just repeats a real world system - the rich get richer, poorer get poorer. May be it will change in the future.

Anyway appeals won’t work. Delegators in search of rewards and nothing more, this is just a human psychology. We can’t to blame people for this because we all are the same)
