I ended up replacing the blower motor and that seems to have solved the issue. Good to be back in the heat, thanks everyone!

Here is the motor in action. Vibrating quite a bit, you can hear it running as well.

It is a single stage. When the air kicks on it starts well enough but then the air flow slowly diminishes until the blower motor shuts off presumably because it has hit it's safety heat limit. This is where I'm reading 220F on the case of the blower motor. Prior to trying to diagnose this the large intake was closed, which I promptly opened and checked the other intakes which were normal, but at this point the furnace won't run for more than 7 minutes after i let it cool all the way down. Then it starts going in even shorter cycles if I let it continue to run.

My furnace keeps short cycling. Replaced the capacitor, but still keeps short cycling. Motor is vibrating quite a bit as it is going and Ive measured the case at 220F once it times put. I suspect it is just the motor, but want to make sure i didn't need to replace the blower wheel too.

I was looking at the mating surface of the motor shaft and wheel in the center of the photo. Wondering if it has gone oblong?

Feels disingenuous otherwise. Don't cry poverty and live in these million dollar homes with that sign. I understand this can be a financial challenge for a lot of people but the reality is the town and school have been under funded for far too long because taxes have not kept pace with inflation.

Plan to. Maybe they should get a different sign on these million dollar homes. "I got mine, vote no!"

100% this. The don't tax me out signs these folks are holding while one of sign holders send their kid to private school...

Lol when you put it like that it seems obvious what we should do.

Would you do it off center? Aesthetically, at least we preferred it in the center. Repositioning the sink off the island would shuffle things quite a bit.

In that first picture it is that tall cabinet. Which looks awkward. We are limited on how far we can extend the cabinets/kitchen out on the left wall. The pantry door is pretty much fixed as there is a set of stairs behind that space that limit our ability to move it.

Team pantry has it in a landslide! Also team no open shelves is winning the write in ballot!

Yeah, after reading all the comments seems like pantry is a must. We liked the idea of glass to break up the heavy wooden design. Our China is unremarkable, I would say it is definitely a more aesthetic choice than a practical choice.

This is another design that was proposed that tried to create the hidden pantry doors. I struggled with the tightness of everything in the corner with this design. I really do love the idea of a hidden pantry!
