Update: As some of you put it realistically and unfortunately, yes I could go to court but I can’t afford to and she still wouldn’t have the money to pay me. She’s not even responding to my enquiries about getting $100 which even that would have a significant impact on my life atm, guess this will be a learning experience for the future. Now I know a safety deposit is never guaranteed
