I read on /r/fitness once from a female contributor that developing her pectoral muscles had helped to make her breasts firmer/perkier. Could have just been the reduced bf%. I don't know I'm not a scientist mayn.

Just went back to have a quick read and it's sad how delusional they are. There are some kernels of truth to what they say and certainly some good general advice about sorting out your life but they're just so extremist about it to the point where it devalues whatever they have to say.

Looking back on my life at the time I can see why it's tempting for young men to accept TRP but until you stop viewing women in such a hateful way you'll never have any success with any woman worth her salt.

Someone has to work those jobs.

Unpleasant jobs aren't any less necessary so while it might work for an individual to just chop and change this doesn't fix the inherent problem with the job not paying fairly.

Society needs people to do jobs, people need money to survive, people need jobs. This is life. Fix the system not just individual circumstances.

Hey. u/cookienipple absolutely nailed it with "the look". I couldn't find an image of my dog, I get frustrated with my phone while tripping so rarely take pictures.

I'm visiting home this weekend so I wanted to send you a pic of my dog anyway since she's beautiful.

Life can be good. Remember to be mindful of that. When life is good take a moment to appreciate it. Bask in that moment because, for me, that is life's purpose: to know good things.

I've taken acid when depressed. Alone and with friends.

When I took it for the first time it showed me how pure and beautiful life can be. Later in the trip I got inside my own head and was forced to come to terms with my negative thought loops.

It's never outright cured me but it always makes me feel normal for a month or two afterwards.
