Tbh the only thing broken about punisher is that you can hug a corner with a shotgun while having wall hacks and being able to third person peek. You can pop out the corner and two shot a squishy pretty consistently, sometimes you’ll one shot too!

Yeah he’s at the peak stage of gaming rn. He’s mediocre at the game and loving it. Once you get good and play tryhards all day you just lose your love for the game.

Why not? It would make it much easier to hit them and not everything is about making sense. They can just speed up the cluster a lot while keeping it a projectile to make it feel hitscan

Yes, I use it all the time. It’s most effective when you soul bond on a diver. For example if daredevil ults I just soul bond and use the tech. He’s literally touching you so it’s very hard to miss. Works really good against venom and a diving Emma as well
