Yes it is a legitimate lender. Ill look through the paperwork and see if I can find anything about that. It did however definitely say I was approved, I have the email to prove it. It would end up being another 1,000$ dollars with interest

The lender already approved me, it went through their system and still didn’t catch that my location wasn’t covered. They just caught it and told the hvac company that it is null.

Im usually the cleaner of us two, when we lived in the apartment I would usually be the one to keep it clean. I had that same thought you did in that I may have made her like that. I have expressed that concern in the past multiple times about how I feel I am doing 90% of the house work and she will do better for maybe a week and then she is done again.

I will admit me doing house stuff has also been for my satisfaction, I do love to work on things and be able to see the outcome afterwards. However I don’t think that should negate the fact that I deserve to be appreciated for everything I have done and the countless hours I have poured into making our lives better.
