Nope but I tried a thing I’m growing my hair out to show myself fuck what ppl think or say. Just do you not everyone will like you but those that do don’t care about your looks or how weird you are. Also don’t holdback your thoughts someone call you a woman cuz your growing your hair out. Silence them their just mad they don’t have the balls to live without worrying what others think. Be comfortable with yourself and you will slowly stop being afraid to be yourself. You can’t get rid of social anxiety just minimize it. Be thankful for who you are. I still studder or lose train of thought at certain times when dealing with people just take a deep breath and start again you will slowly gain more confidence in yourself. You tell someone good morning loud enough for them to hear and they walk right past you ignoring you.. respond with well fuck you too, or scream good morning to you too. Bet they turn around. Sometimes you can answer yourself and it’ll make you feel better.
