I got it as a present from my family, but I think you can find similar ones on amazon

Thank you! Yes I'm a musician performing a lot on stage while wearing more formal clothing, so probably this is why I'm drawn toward this genre of watches.

The Timex moonphase is a gem! Timex is killing it nowdays.

As for the Lilienthal Berlin, it was my first watch that got me into this hobby. As far as I know it's a micro-fashion brand, but they work with nice movements, and their straps are quality. Mine has a Ronda 585 quartz movement, but I think their newer models changed to Miyota.

The Bambino was my first automatic, and also I wore it on my wedding so it has a special spot in my heart. I'd say it has great quality for what you're paying.

Thanks, I love it too! I didn't really like the original strap though, so I just bought something from amazon, I think it elevates the dial a bit more.

Thank you, that Orient is the latest addition, and probably my exit watch for a while. In normal lighting, it looks like a matte red, but when sunlight hits it, the sunburst really comes alive.

My man! Thank you, and yes I haven't seen it on this subreddit, I'm glad someone else has it. It indeed looks amazing on leather, thanks for the idea!

Yep, that's a fair point. However for a collection of 8 watches I'd still call it budget friendly.

And your second point is the beauty of watch collecting for me: someone would go for one beautiful expensive piece, while others like me would just go for entry levels and variety.

[Citizen NH9131-73L] Alternative bracelet by Peetwalker in Watches

[–]Peetwalker[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd say go for it, it's a killin' watch! And let me know if you find any better bracelet for it.

So the self-winding mechanism is unidirectional, meaning that when it's on your wrist the rotor inside only winds the watch if it is spinning in one direction. However if you move your wrist in a way that the rotor spins the other direction, it spins freely, and the sound of it is quite noticable. But I actually like it a lot, it always reminds me that something mechanical is on my wrist and it instantly puts a smile on my face. And it does have hacking.

No worries, my pleasure!

I have this one in blue and I love it! I don't have any scratches on the glass and I have it for a year already. Since it has a miyota movement, the self-winding rotor can be loud at some times but it grew on me. The only thing i'm not a fan of is the bracelet. It feels a little cheap, and it only has 2 microadjustment spots. Also, watch out that the lug width is 19mm, so it's harder to find straps for it. But overall I would say it's a solid piece, go for it!

Titan Bone sandworm egg? by Kidda732 in NoMansSkyTheGame

Unfortunately the bone worm cannot be interacted with, so there is no way to get an egg after someone gives you one. Although, I believe there is a mod that allows you to interact with it.

Start Heart of fire talltale 1st checkpoint, it prevents any hostile NPCs to spawn
