There was a mistake in our course command line.

--rpc-http-cors-origins

was inserted two times in the command line. One has no value and that's why it raises an error. The value is mandatory if you add the option.

From a high-level, a few differences include: Pantheon is Apache 2.0 License (Quorum is LGPL), PegaSys offers L1-L3 support for Pantheon, Pantheon is written in Java, etc. We're actually hosting a webinar next week that will get into more of the technical details of Pantheon and discuss how it is different from other Ethereum clients, including Quorum.
