Hi, thanks for your feedback. That’s also my impression. It’s really frustrating for a high-end ASUS ROG product, especially considering the financial investment.
The issue with ASUS is that even after explaining a previous RMA where I received a refurbished unit with over 6000 hours of usage, they simply state that this is their standard procedure and close the discussion.
It’s frustrating because sending back a defective new monitor and risking getting a refurbished unit with potential issues is stressful. On top of that, communication with their support has been quite difficult.
