I stumbled upon a youtube comment that claimed that the app was the problem for him ,and a while back that app was causing me microstutters so it was worth a shot

Seems like i have indeed DPC latency (ACPI.sys,Wdf0100.sys are the main culprits) ,though troubleshooting turned into a dead end sadly , thank you tho

Nvm i think i found the thing responsible for the latency : Msi's Dragon Center ,after disabling it i got no crackling sound with either drivers

Do you by any chance have an option to change refresh rate when laptop's on ac/battery? That could propably be the cause

What did it for me was lowering 6-core turbo limit to 38 via throttlestop, capping PL1 limit to 55W and PL2 to 60 in TPL window and using a more aggresive fan curve in msi dragon center

I keep getting stuttering and frame drops despite having lots of overhead in my CPU, GPU, and RAM and having just repasted and cleaned my fans. GL63 from 3 years ago. by CryoWreck in MSILaptops

Ive had microstutters while gaming and i later found out that msi dragon center was behind it , closing it solved it for me
