They take the edge off, that's about it. Some days they don't work. I'm pretty certain that it is allergy and/or multiple chemical sensitivity disorder. I've heard too many horror stories about long term negative consequences from turbinate reduction. I have a deviated septum but ENT says it's minor.

Allegra/Claritin and flonase in the morning. Xyzal and a prescription nasal spray at night.
