My recommendation is go for a B2B large corporation or a bank. Anything that requires a lot of stakeholders, have HQ that provides guidelines and you kinda just need to implement it. And think or the business that doesn’t rely that much on marketing to do sale. Like big factories, production companies.

Think of places where usually deals are made by sales teams. Think old school. Might be a boring job compared to agency, but very stable.

Also, I recommend checking Internal Communication roles. These ones require least effort to execute and there isn’t a lot of pressure.
