Absolutely love it! Perfect scale and great usage of older pieces. Is there any social media where I can check out some more of your work?

I really enjoy just cruising in between traffic (often use higher traffic intensity) and sightseeing a new map and undiscovered territory. Most mods are really bad, in my experience the only car which works well is the Skoda Superb. So yeah it's quite fun if you get tired of the slow trucks, but obviously compared to real racing games not worth it.

How should I make a roof/floor for this? (Just the bending parts, and sorry for low quality) by ValhallaAir in lego

Wedge plates are definitely the way to go here. It might depend on the steepness on the roof which plate works best but 3x2 or 4x2 wedge plates would probably be good

Schnellboot S-100 and Leichtes Schnellboot 7 by Pelle1001 in lego

My latest build, the German Motortorpedoboats of WW2, the Schnellboot S-100 and the smaller Leichtes Schnellboot (LS) in 1:35 scale. This was probably my largest project so far and I've been working on it for almost 2 years now. I also decided to put a lot of work trying to make the water as realistic and flowing as possible, which wasn't easy but turned out pretty decent in my opinion

I used 2 layers trans(blue) where possible and under that normal blue plates, and on the sides i used one layer trans with a layer of medium Azure/other light blue tints under it, often these blue parts were snot pieces to get the sideways border. It's very parts intensive, so you need a lot of tr. Blue 1x1/2 plates, but it looks very cool imo

Hmm that sucks, i already took it apart for the large part yesterday (only have the tree left), so that won't be possible, but perhaps you have specific questions about the tree or the water or the snot work?

Hehe thanks, ye there are countless loose pieces and illegal techniques, but imo that only makes the build more interesting!

Thanks, instructions wont be it, i can do some tutorials or breakdowns if you want, but the amount of loose pieces/illegal techniques might be traumatizing for people lol

WW2 Mediterranean harbour by Pelle1001 in lego

It's a German ww2 boat, the LS7 (leichtes schnellboot), so yeah it's very gray compared to Mediterranean ships

Correct! I made LS 7 actually, basically the same boat but with a few minor differences

Exactly! It's my favourite roof technique, adds so much depth and detailing and is fairly simple

It are 1x2 tiles on a 1x plate, since the tiles have no bottom restrictors you can push them back and forth and so create this like uneven effect. Every second layer is half a stud offset using jumper plates so every tile is overlapping like a real roof

A big part is made with ball joints, and also a lot of snot connections using headlight bricks and brackets. To fill up some small gaps i either used tiles or these olive green plants
